- In the event that an artwork might arrive damaged or faulty: Kindly take photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery and email cindy@cindypretorius.com to notify us.
- Should the Refund or Return be applicable, kindly secure the artwork in its original packaging to prepare for courier collection
- We will communicate with you to resolve with a replacement or refund (Refunds will reflect back on your original payment selected at checkout) and shipping return arrangements
